Dr. Chris Hass and colleagues from the University of Florida found that increasing training volume
from one set to three really didn't make much difference on muscle size and strength in weight training athletes, according
to Muscle Media, Volume No. 97 (April/May 2002). Any weight training is a whole lot better that none
at all.
