The Man Bag
Women call them purses.
We men call them Man Bags. They may be the attorney’s briefcase, the student’s book bag, or
Mr. GQ’s shoulder tote. Whatever we call them, the way we carry them or what they tote, the Man Bag,
has become a popular necessity to many men on the go.
Here, I would like to make some suggestions
as to what supplements should be in the Man Bag.
First, a food based multi-vitamin
and mineral complex such as, Life’s Fortune, Source of Life for Men, or Michael’s for Men should
be in the Man Bag.
Second, Stress Formulas containing B vitamins
and anti-stress herbs are a great choice to carry in the Man Bag. These formulas address the adrenal glands,
which supply energy and keep you calm in stressful situations during the day. Formulas such as Stressed
Out and Adernal Formula, by Vitalogic and Nutri-Calm and Adrenal Support, by Nature’s Sunshine are good choices.
Third, Amino Acid Formulas, to take before and after the trip to the gym should be
in the Man Bag. Amino 1900, by Genesis or Amino 2200, by Vitalabs are all you need. Amino Acids are
essential for the immune system and building muscle. When the body is deficient in any amino acid, eventually some type of
sickness will set it.
Fourth, Liquid Silver, to kill germs, infections, and bacteria, you may come
in contact with during the day.
Fifth, Married Men may want to carry a “libido
formula” in the Man Bag to be used with Your wife ONLY after a long day. Steel
Libido, by Irwin Naturals, Horny Goat Weed, by Vitalabs, or T-Male, by Natures Plus would be great choices. New studies show
that low testosterone levels effect the heart and over-all health in a negative way.
these are just a few suggestions to carry with you during the day. There are many other great products,
but let’s keep it simple.
All of these products are on the shelves at ProHealth Nutrition,
plus many others of the same types of products to choose from.
